Jennifer is the founder of the BGSICoaching & BGSIAcademy.com networks which supports small and medium businesses, regardless of their products or services, to rapidly implement proven high-growth strategies across the spectrum of marketing, sales and strategic business, finance and innovation management. Jennifer has experience launching and growing small and large businesses across industries and geographies. Jennifer founded these networks to support business owners because she saw too many small and medium business owners struggling with choosing the right strategies to grow their businesses, often being misled to strategies that do not provide a proven Return on Investment (ROI). Her toolkit incorporates digital & traditional marketing, business development & sales enablement strategies and leverages her expertise in entrepreneurship, technology adoption, knowledge/innovation management, and breakthrough performance.

About Jennifer
From her start in the telecom industry, Jennifer was always trying to help her clients find ways to reach out to business associates and family overseas to keep in touch. Jennifer then moved into the non-profit world and worked as a fundraiser for her alma mater where she raised funds for the university’s annual fund and oversaw the alumni affairs program for the university. Jennifer continues to be highly involved in the non-profit world and sits on many boards and commissions including serving as Vice President of the Teaneck Chamber of Commerce since 2012.
Jennifer has also been honored as one of the awardees of the 2016 Influential Businesswomen of the Year by Acquisition International Magazine among other honors in her vast career.
