FAQ: About Us

  1. What is your process?
Before any coaching starts, we schedule a 15-30-minute consultation call to determine if you are a good fit for our coaching programs and to learn more about you, your needs, and what result you are seeking from working with us. From there, assuming that we both agree there is a good fit for you to join our coaching program, we will discuss the investment, schedule of coaching calls, and what to expect. Once we are both in agreement, we schedule your first coaching call (or group session) and get you set up in our systems.
  2. Do you do the work yourself or do you outsource?
Depending on what it is that you are asking us to do with/for you will dictate what is being done and by whom. Direct coaching will be done by Jennifer R Glass or a member of our team.
  3. Do you have any testimonials or success stories of clients you have helped?
Yes! Please see our testimonials page where we have many happy clients that we have helped over the years. You can also see Jennifer’s LinkedIn page where more endorsements/testimonials are available.

FAQ: Working with US

  1. What are your rates?
Depending on the services you are seeking with us – i.e. one-on-one coaching, group coaching programs, our eLearning system, etc. dictates the investment you will be making and the frequency such investments are to be made.
  2. I have a small or startup company. Can you work with me?
Yes! No client is too big or small — We work with many small businesses and startups and have seen great successes from working with those businesses. We may, however, suggest that startups and micro-businesses start working in our group coaching or eLearning system, in the beginning, to maximize your returns before switching to our one-on-one coaching solutions.
  3. You are not in my area or local to me. Can I still work with you?
With the exception of our mastermind sessions (which may or may not be held virtually), all of our other coaching programs are virtual: either on Zoom, Skype, or via telephone. As long as you are not in a country with economic and business sanctions by the United States of America prohibiting us from working with you, we can have a coaching relationship.
  4. What is the best way to reach you?
Email and telephone are the best ways, but feel free to chat with us via our web chat app available on the bottom of each page on our site.
  5. How do I go about engaging with you for coaching?
Before any coaching starts, we schedule a 15-30-minute consultation call to determine if you are a good fit for our coaching programs and to learn more about you, your needs, and what result it is that you are seeking from working with us. From there, assuming that we both agree there is a good fit for you to join our coaching program, we will discuss the investment, schedule of coaching calls, and what to expect. Once we are both in agreement, we schedule your first coaching call (or group session) and get you set up in our systems.
  6. Do I have to sign a contract or agreement with you?
Yes, a signed agreement containing a mutual understanding of what is expected from both of us and the process is required prior to you coaching with us.
  7. What can I expect from coaching with BGSICoaching?
Depending on the specific program you are joining – one-to-one coaching, a group coaching program, our eLearning platform, etc. will dictate the experience and expectations you will have from working and coaching with us.

On the one-to-one coaching, we typically have two to three meetings each month for approximately two hours each meeting where we review your current revenue, leads, opportunities, and more before jumping into other areas of focus. We also use our systems to develop additional opportunities and uncover areas in your business we can exploit to maximize your revenues.

In our group coaching programs, we typically either have two or four sessions each month (depending on the specific program), each lasting approximately one hour via a Zoom meeting where we go over a set topic, have accountability built into the program, and help answer your “burning business questions” to help you and your peers grow. This program is traditionally limited to one provider per industry/region to avoid competition within the group.

In our eLearning platform, BGSIAcademy.com, you will be working on your speed, getting one lesson emailed to you each week along with additional modules and action/strategy guides in the members-only area.

Regardless of the program that you are enrolled in, we guarantee value but cannot, and do not guarantee results. For further information, please see our earnings disclaimer and terms of sale page.
  8. Do you require any investments to be made up-front?
Yes. Prior to commencing any coaching relationship, an up-front investment is necessary.
  9. Do you offer financing programs to join your coaching programs?
Yes! Provided you qualify, we have resources available for you to partake of that can potentially provide you with the necessary funds for your coaching investment plus additional funds to cover additional growth opportunities we immediately identify in your business as you start the coaching process before those returns are generated.
  10. Is there a difference between working with you face-to-face or virtually?
Depending on where you are in the world, it may or may not be feasible for us to meet in person, but with technology allowing us to still see each other face-to-face, virtually speaking, we can still feel as though we are meeting in person, even if we’re thousands of miles apart.

The actual coaching process is generally the same, regardless of the format. You’ll still set goals, work through challenges, and receive guidance and support from your coach.
